Hot Stone
I offer deep tissue massage with heated stones to soothe muscles and move toxins through the lymphatic drainage process. It's deeply healing, nurturing, and relaxing.
I also offer the newest form of hot stone massage, using Himalayan Salt Stones.

Sonic Therapy
The table in my massage room is made by Sirius™. It has transducers embedded in the system that allows music to move through the body for vibrational healing. Used alone or in conjunction with the stone massage, sonic therapy is a unique and innovative treatment. In addition I use tuning forks for vibrational healing.

Body Wraps
Body wraps are ancient therapies that cleanse impurities from the system with the use of mud, algae, and seaweed. They are effective for lymph, liver, and digestive cleanses as well as re-mineralizing the body and relaxing the whole system.

Paraffin Dips
Pamper your hands and feet with a deep moisturizing treatment from Taos Rocks Hot Stone Therapy. My paraffin dips temporarily relieve arthritis pain as the heat penetrates deeply into the bones.

Essential Oil Raindrop Therapy
Essential oils are organic, pure plant energy, dropped onto the spine in raindrop fashion to relax the nervous system, the organs, and muscles. 

Personal Training

I use my 20 years of teaching classes to take you to the next level of fitness. For core training in the water, I use the Pilates concepts of the unstable environment to strengthen the core. The aerobics aspect of the training burns fat and strengthens and tones the entire body. I teach these classes at 9:00 a.m. on Mondays.

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga focuses on improving your core strength, flexibility, breath work, balance, and body consciousness. Vinyasa yoga classes are held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m.  Rejuvenate your body and mind with Vinyasa yoga and other modalities.

Core & Barre

I have been teaching yoga and Pilates to athletes and other clients for over 30 years. I am available to teach all of the previously mentioned modalities as well as Pilates, ballet Barre, aqua aerobics, and weight training. I am especially skilled at teaching and training clients with post-surgery issues, neck and back injuries, and special problems such as arthritis. Seniors and young people are welcome. Barre classes are Thursdays at 10 a.m.
