18 years of teaching aqua classes have brought this class to the next level of fitness, core training in the water, using the Pilates concepts of the unstable environment to strengten the core as well as aerobics to burn fat and strenghten and tone the entire body.
A fusion of yoga and pilates focusing on core strength, flexibiltiy, breath work, balance and body consciousness. This class uses a large stability ball as well as smaller balls to focus upper and lower body.

Ana is available to teach all of the above modalities as well as pilates, ballet pilates, aqua aerobics and weight training. She is espicially skilled at teaching and training post surgical, neck and back injured, and people with special problems such as arthritis. Seniors and young people are welcome.
